End of the Year Schedule

It's strange to think that the end of the year is approaching...but it is.  I thought I would post the rest of the meeting schedule so you would know what is coming up.

March 25th- I know this is a Tuesday but it's Spring break so we are going to have a Family Day Out.  We will be having lunch at my house and seeing a movie at The Village.  I will email out more info the movie listings come out.

April 11th- This is our last regular meeting.  9:30-11:30 in Youth Building.

April 25th- Pastor Bob Caldwell will be speaking (we will be sitting in with MOPS)

May 9th- Tea & Testimony (catered year end event, you don't want to miss this!)

Thursday February 27th Mom's Day Out

We will be meeting for lunch at Kneaders at 12:00 on Thursday February 27th.  This is an opportunity for good food and fellowship.  For those of you that are interested we can head over to the Village at Meridian after to catch a movie.  Bring a girlfriend and enjoy some ME time...not mommy time :)  See you there.  Call me if you have any questions.

Friday Feb. 28th is our next MOMSnext meeting 9:30-11:30 in the Youth building.  Childcare is available for infant-schoolaged.  *Meridian schools are out of Friday so you may bring your kiddos into the older kids class.

If you know someone who is interested in MOMSnext but Friday isn't convenient there is another option.  Below is an email from another MOMSnext group in the area.

February 14

Our next meeting is on Valentines Day...February 14th
We will focus our discussion on...you guessed it LOVE!  We will talk about Love in your marriage.  Also respecting your spouse and being submissive.  He is the head of the household, lets build him up and honor him and watch him grow as the leader God designed him to be.

We meet in the youth building from 9:30-11:30.  Childcare is available in the preschool building.

Friday January 24th

Our next meeting will be Friday January 24th.  We will be discussing some upcoming MOM's Night ideas and dates as well as planning our Service Project for 2014.  Call Stephanie if you have any questions 860-8020 (call or text)

Happy New Year

January 10th will be our first meeting of the new year.  We have a special meeting planned with our Calvary Chapel MOPS group.  We will be hosting a Men's Panel!

 

Six brave men from Calvary (pastors, staff, and church members) will be answering your questions!  Everything from great date date ideas to intimacy, parenting, and marriage conflict ALL from a man's perspective!

 

As Christian men who are newly married, married over 30 years, and everything in between, they will be sure to be insightful (and undoubtedly hilarious) as they navigate the crazy thoughts and questions of our female minds!

 

We will be starting as close to on-time as possible with announcements,raffle giveaways, and brunch (of course).  Our panel participants will be ready to answer your questions from 10:15-11:30!

Friday November 22nd...Food & Fellowship

We will be celebrating Thanksgiving early this year with our MOMSnext family.  We will be sharing in a grand feast with our MOPS group.  Swapping our most coveted Holiday recipes and telling tales of family tradition.  This is a great meeting to bring a friend or try our group out yourself if you have been wanting to check us out.  Childcare is available for infant - school aged.
